Consent To Electronic Disclosures And Communications

By submitting a request through Snap Loans Cash to be connected with independent lenders or other service providers, you understand that certain laws may require these parties to deliver important notices, disclosures, agreements, and related materials (“Electronic Communications”). In order to provide you with their services, these third parties must obtain your permission to share such information electronically.
1. Consent to Electronic Delivery
By completing your request, you expressly agree to receive all required disclosures, notices, and communications in electronic form. These may be delivered to you by email or made available on the website of the lender or service provider. You further agree that your electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.
2. Scope of Consent
This consent applies to your request with Snap Loans Cash, to all third-party lenders and service providers you may be connected with, and to any interactions conducted online or via mobile devices (including text messages and recorded calls) with those parties or their agents.
3. System Requirements
To access and keep copies of electronic disclosures, you must have:
- An internet-enabled device and active email address
- The ability to print documents if you choose
- Long-term digital storage (such as a hard drive) for saving copies
4. Paper Copies
You may request paper versions of any electronic disclosures directly from the lender or provider. Some may charge a fee, while others may not. Contact details for each provider are available on their website.
5. Withdrawing Consent
Your consent to receive electronic communications is necessary to process your request. Therefore, you cannot withdraw consent while your request is pending. However, once you are connected with a lender or service provider, you may contact them directly to withdraw your consent for future transactions.
6. Updating Contact Information
You are responsible for keeping your contact details current with any lender or provider you engage with. Updates can usually be submitted through their website or by sending a written notice.
7. Legal Agreement
By clicking “I Agree” or submitting your request, you confirm that you have read and understand this consent. You agree to conduct business electronically, use electronic signatures, and receive disclosures in digital form. You also acknowledge your right to request free paper copies of records. If you do not wish to proceed electronically, do not continue with this request. Please note: providing this consent is required in order to receive services from third-party lenders or providers online.
