Please read this disclaimer carefully before using Snap Loans Cash. It explains what our service is, what it is not, and how the cost of a loan is determined.
We are a connection service, not a lender
Snap Loans Cash does not lend money, make credit decisions, or charge you any fee. We are a loan-connection service that may match your request with third-party lenders licensed in your state. Any loan you receive comes from an independent lender, on that lender’s terms, which you should read in full before you accept. We are not responsible for the actions or decisions of any lender.
Loan rules depend on your state
There is no single national payday or personal loan law. Each state sets its own rules: maximum amounts, fee caps, terms, rollover limits, and in some states a ban on high-cost payday lending altogether. Every lender we match you with must be licensed for your state, and your loan agreement follows your state’s law. Our city pages document the specific rules for each area we serve, with sources and verification dates.
Cost of credit
Payday and other short-term loans are a high-cost form of credit — in permissive states, effective APRs commonly run into the triple digits. Your exact rate, fees, and repayment schedule are set by the lender and disclosed in your loan agreement before you sign. Borrow only what you can repay, and consider lower-cost alternatives first.
Questions and complaints
Lenders are licensed and regulated by the financial regulator of your state. If you have a complaint about a lender, contact that state regulator or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Questions about our service: support@snaploans.cash.
